Terms of Use

This system is a private operational tool for the PIPIPIN channel owner. It is not a public service.

1. Purpose

This system validates production packages for the PIPIPIN channel and privately uploads them to YouTube under the operator's control.

2. Eligibility and authorization

Use is limited to the lawful PIPIPIN channel owner and administrators explicitly authorized by that owner. Connecting a Google account requires the account owner's consent.

3. Publication control

Automated processing is limited to private-first uploads. Public release or scheduling requires separate quality review and an operator decision.

4. Prohibited conduct

Unauthorized access to a third-party account
Sharing credentials with any channel other than PIPIPIN
Posting spam, infringing, illegal, or misleading content
Bypassing safety controls, audit records, or private-first settings

5. External services

External services, including the YouTube API, are governed by their own terms and policies. Changes or interruptions to those services may make some system functions unavailable.

6. Warranties and responsibility

The operator is responsible for reviewing content, rights, accuracy, and privacy settings before and after upload. The system supports safe operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to external services.

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in operations, law, or service requirements.
