Policy

This policy explains how the dedicated PIPIPIN YouTube automation system accesses, uses, stores, and protects Google user data.

1. Scope and operator

This policy applies to PIPIPIN YouTube Automation (Dedicated), a private operational system used by the owner of the PIPIPIN channel. It does not offer a public service, public sign-in, or advertising service.

2. Google user data we access

For the Google account explicitly authorized by the operator, the system handles only the following YouTube data and permissions:

  • The target YouTube channel ID, name, and basic status
  • Upload of operator-provided videos, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and tags
  • Upload results, video IDs, privacy status, and related confirmation data

We request only youtube.readonly and youtube.upload.

3. Purposes of use

  • Verify that the authorized account is connected to the correct PIPIPIN channel
  • Upload operator-approved video packages as private videos first
  • Confirm upload success or failure and prevent duplicate or wrong-channel uploads
  • Maintain the minimum operational records needed for safety audits and incident response

4. Storage and security

The OAuth refresh token is stored as an access-restricted secret on the dedicated PIPIPIN server. Short-lived access tokens are used only temporarily and are not written to operational logs. Secret access is limited to the dedicated service account and is never shared with another channel's credentials or runtime.

We do not use Google user data to train AI models, deliver advertising, or build user profiles.

5. Sharing and sale

We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data for advertising. We do not provide it to operators or systems for any channel other than PIPIPIN. Communication with the YouTube API occurs only to request an authorized operation from Google.

Google account information and OAuth tokens are not sent to the separate AI, media, or notification services used by this system.

6. Retention, deletion, and revocation

The OAuth refresh token is retained only while required for operation or until access is revoked. Video IDs, processing times, and outcomes used for safety audits are retained only as long as needed to prevent duplicates and respond to incidents.

Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account connected apps. Send data access or deletion requests to the contact address below.

7. Google API Limited Use

Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Changes and contact

We will update this policy before making a material change to system functions, permissions, or data use.
